Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse/RN to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide compassionate care to patients and support our medical staff in delivering high-quality services.

Duties:
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician
- Conduct patient assessments and provide direct patient care
- Assist in developing and implementing patient care plans
- Perform nursing procedures such as wound care, injections, and IV therapy
- Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes to the healthcare team
- Educate patients and their families on healthcare needs and conditions
- Maintain accurate medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals in patient care

Qualifications:
- Must be a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or RN in good standing
- Experience in memory care, dementia care, and spinal tap procedures
- Knowledge of case management principles and patient care techniques
- Familiarity with medical coding practices is a plus
