Job Title Strategic Account Manager What does a successful Strategic Account Manager do at Fiserv? You will responsible for ensuring outstanding customer service for the firm’s largest, most sophisticated Corporate clients, across all Fiserv assets and lines of business. You will be the primary day-to-day contact with these clients, you will play a meaningful role in providing seamless, high-quality service and support, while thinking and acting strategically to help the Sales/Relationship Manager. Executives grow existing client relationships, achieve revenue growth goals and retain business. What you will do: Provide indirect (dotted line) leadership to internal resources who support the clients (AMs, IT, Implementations, product teams, etc); bring all service together seamlessly for clients. Partner with Sales/Relationship Managers, as well as other account support representatives across Fiserv, to delivery quarterly business reviews. Serve as Payments Industry specialist and consultant for clients; advise clients on best practices, provide recommendations for operational efficiencies, advise clients of regulatory and Card Brand mandates, and help them achieve compliance, recommend new products/services to help retain clients and grow their business. Represent the voice of the client within the Fiserv organization to improve the client experience and advise future product strategy and pivotal initiatives. Work with Solution Consultants, Technical Account Managers, Product, Implementations, and other internal stakeholders to meet partner needs. Develop understanding of clients’ business including industry verticals, product offerings, go to market strategies etc. What you will need to have: High school graduate/GED 5 years prior experience within the financial services industry. Prior experience working in account and/or relationship management. What would be great to have: Bachelors degree Indepth knowledge of Fiserv systems. Exposure to international financial services.
