Qualifications:

The purpose of this position is to support the Operations and the Client with maintaining accurate records, drafting communications, and managing operational support functions that are essential to the mission of the security operation.

Tasks:
? Maintain and provide access to TrackTik and LMS training records for all sites
? Compile, grade and generate monthly TrackTik audits
? Maintaining personnel records/files
? Maintaining active and inactive officers in TrackTik
? Building and managing project trackers
? Maintaining uniform inventory and submitting requests for re-order
? Draft memos and push out TrackTik notifications for all teams

? Capture meeting minutes and draft agenda topics
? Other duties as assigned
? Provide administrative and office support, such as typing, dictation, spreadsheet
creation, faxing, and maintenance of filing system and contacts database

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proven success in office administration
  • Superb written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong time-manangement and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency with Microsoft office andn Google Suite applications, and aptitude for learning new software and systems
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of company information
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to pass pre-employment screening (background and drug)


PREFERRED SKILLS
? Bachelors or associates degree (or equivalent)
? Experience in managing expense report
? Experience in developing internal processes and filing systems
