The UPS Store /Business Centers of Tampa is searching for a talented individual to work on our Print Operations team. This is an opportunity for an enthusiastic, fast learner with a 'can do', positive, and cheerful attitude to join a stable company. You must be efficient, capable of multitasking, and possess the ability to apply your experience and knowledge to new and changing situations.

We are a franchise within The UPS Store network, locally owned and operated in Tampa, FL. In addition to our shipping and packing expertise, we offer and array of printing services including but not limited to: canvas art, wall graphics, convention graphics, mounted prints, marketing collateral, banner graphics, direct mail, and much more.

Duties:

• Read and understand all project details required for each work order.
• Process digital files according to work order project specifications utilizing Adobe and Fiery to ensure maximum efficiency.
• Maintain and update all invoice pricing and processing
• Maintain work order priorities meeting deadlines.
• Monitor inventory levels for project needs.
• Provide an accurate forecast of project(s) timelines.
• Provide status of progress and completion pictures and documentation.
• Assist in front-of-house/store when needed.

Additional Requirements:

• Must be able to work overtime and weekends on occasion.
• Attend meetings and training as scheduled
• Maintain the Company's professional reputation
• Light walking-travel between locations may be required.

Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent required
• Experience in large-format color printing is a plus.
• POS experience preferred.
• Strong Customer Service skills and focus are required; ability to resolve customer concerns.
• Ability to be flexible in a fast-paced environment; strong self-starter.
• Excellent communication skills, problem-solving, and ability to follow and create systems.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, positive follow-through approach, and ability to multi-task.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, as well as Google Docs and Adobe Creative Suite
• Graphic Design for printing a plus, but not required.
• Must work within a team environment designed to support customer needs and expectations.
• Effectively communicate one-on-one and in small groups with employees, customers, and vendors.
• Extremely high-level interpersonal skills, both written and verbal. Must be able to clearly demonstrate professional attitude and mannerisms under all circumstances.
• Work directly with management, production, and external customers.
