Working with the General Manager and other professional staff, the Guest Services Rep is responsible for providing professional and outstanding guest service and ensuring that hotel standards are met and maintained at all times.

Job Responsibilities:

• Checking guests in and out
• Receiving and managing reservations made online and via telephone
• Verifying guests' payment methods during check-in
• Assigning rooms to guests and informing them of any specials offered by the hotel
• Organizing transport services for guests at their request
• Providing guests with information about the hotel and the area
• Staying informed on attractions that may be of interest to guests
• Assist the housekeeping staff in maintaining clean rooms
• Sweep the parking lot, and remove any accumulated trash

Job Requirements:

• High school qualification or equivalent
• One year of client-facing customer service experience is preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Well-presented and professional appearance
• Competency with Microsoft Office products
• Ability to learn on the job
• Excellent customer service skills
• Must have flexible schedule and ability to work some weekends and holidays
• Ability to adapt and stay calm in challenging situations
