Job Description
The Inventory Coordinator is responsible for organizing electronic inventory documentation for all sites. The Inventory Coordinator is also responsible for receiving material into our ERP (Viewpoint) and performing accurate inventory counts as a key member of our Supply Chain team.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: - Ensure accurate site inventories and file incoming paperwork BOL's, manifests, and packing slips into Viewpoint
- Using Viewpoint, Microsoft Excel, and Power BI to create and run material tracking reports
- Receive quantities of delivered material into the inventory system (Viewpoint)
- Maintaining and auditing transactions to verify accurate inventory counts
- Performing and measuring accuracy of weekly cycle counts and monthly physical inventory counts, or as otherwise scheduled
- Communicating with onsite field teams regarding expected receipt of material
- Performing additional duties as assigned by manager
Education and/or Work Experience Requirements: - 2+ years of inventory experience
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented with demonstrated ability for accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and logistics software
Physical Requirements/Work Environment: - Work is performed primarily in an office environment with some tasks assigned at our solar plant sites.
- Must be able to sit, stand or walk for the entire duration of a workday.
