Job Description

AIG is looking for an HR Project Manager to join our Program Management, Design & Delivery Team. We are looking for a motivated, self-starting individual with a strong sense of accountability, organization, and the ability to work in a fast-moving environment. The Program Manager will deliver HR programs on time, on budget and with realization of targeted benefits.

This is a hybrid position requiring being in-office 3 to 4 days per week.

Duties/Responsibilities:

* Develop and manage Workplans with milestones, work products and deliverables.

* Document and socialize project charters.

* Establish and manage project teams.

* Organize a regular program governance cadence.

* Conduct meetings.

* Identify, resolve and escalate issues, risks, action items and decisions.

* Provide direction and support to internal project team members.

* Coordinate with external consultants when needed.

* Follow best practices in project management.

* Update and report project status to key stakeholders.

* Handle multiple tasks efficiently and effectively.

Track and report on project budgets when necessary.

Skills/Abilities:

* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

* Time management skills with a track record of meeting deadlines.

* Ability to prioritize and delegate tasks as needed.

* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

* Interpersonal and customer service focused.

* Thorough understanding of or the ability to quickly learn about the project or product being developed.

* Preferred experience with Smartsheet, Workday and/or ServiceNow.

* Preferred background in HR functions/Operational processes.

* Strong familiarity with Microsoft Office.

Education and Training:

* Bachelors degree in related field.

* 3+ years of related experience required.

* PMP, PgMP, CAPM, and/or comparable project management certifification a plus.
