We are currently looking for a dedicated and motivated individual to join our team as Helper/Apprentice Electrician. In this role, you will work alongside experienced electricians to install, repair, and maintain electrical systems, equipment, and fixtures. This position presents a fantastic opportunity for individuals who are enthusiastic about starting a career in the electrical trade and gaining practical experience in a dynamic work environment.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in the installation of electrical systems, including wiring, conduits, fixtures, and panels.
- Aid in troubleshooting electrical issues and carrying out repairs under the guidance of experienced electricians.
- Safely and effectively use hand and power tools to complete assigned tasks.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations to maintain a secure work environment for yourself and your colleagues.
- Keep work areas clean and organized, including disposing of debris and properly storing tools and materials.
- Assist in documenting work completed, such as filling out work orders, time sheets, and inspection reports.
- Participate in training programs and educational opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge in the electrical trade.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 2 to 4 years of experience in residential (Salary based on experience).
- Willingness to learn and work under the guidance of experienced electricians.
- Basic understanding of electrical principles and concepts.
- Ability to follow instructions and collaborate effectively as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety.
- Good communication skills and professionalism when interacting with team members and supervisors.
- Physical ability to perform tasks that involve bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Flexibility to work varying hours, including evenings and weekends as required.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
