We offer an exceptionally competitive salary, enhanced benefits, and a phenomenal 401K matching program. Pay structure: $18.00 to $24.00 dependent on experience Benefits available: *FREE Hygiene visits for staff and families, dental care is provided at cost for employees and immediate family. *After 6 months of employment, you are fully invested to make contributions to your 401k. Our practice thrives on our excellent relationship with patients, and are looking for applicants to further improve rapport with our growing patient base. Dental Insurance Coordinator duties: *Verify current effective insurance and estimate patient co-payments *Submit claims and pre-treatment estimates *Present treatment plans created by our Drs'. *Manage insurer-doctor relationships by submitting attestations and coordinating with the office manager regarding network participation *Follow-up on past due claims and pre-treatment estimates *Correct rejected claims and assist patients any necessary appeals *Advise patient insurance benefits as necessary and promote patient self-sufficiency regarding their insurance benefits The insurance Coordinator is also expected to perform all PSR Duties as needed by the office Patient Service Representative duties: *Check in/out patients *Work with Insurance Coordinator to verify patient copays prior to collection *Ensure the office schedule is filled and production needs are met *Manage a multi-line phone system and respond to patient inquiries via phone, email, or text *Documenting insurance information, personal information, payment methods and other important patient information *Updating patient files and appointment information accurately *Processing payments from patients *Managing various types of paperwork and other clerical duties Our Ideal candidates: *Have previous dental experience *Are able to learn new systems quickly *Have a voracious appetite for learning *Are coachable and adaptable *Have an exceptionally welcoming personality *Practice clear and effective communication with both patients and coworkers *Have a diligent work ethic *Have the ability to work well in a fast-paced office environment *Take pride in and responsibility for their work completed If you are excited about the work you do and are confident in making a difference for our patients, please hit apply and we will be in touch!
