We are looking for licensed insurance agents that are willing to be coachable and committed, have a strong passion for the betterment of others, a yearning for personal development, the ability to effectively manage their schedules, and most of all, a need for mentorship.

The Faulkner Agency, part of Symmetry Financial Group is one of the leading organizations in the life insurance industry. Helping protect families greatest asset, helping them to protect their income and ensuring that their families are able to live comfortably in the future. Over the last 14 years, we have put together a duplicatable, transferable system. The right fit for this position is someone who wants to be a part of a team, and possesses the ability to follow our proven process. 

Helping families by calling, texting or emailing our warm leads to set virtual appointments on Zoom, in person, or over the phone to help guide and educate our clients to pick out the bet plan that fits their needs. Our full time agents will sit with 10-15 families per week.
