HOW A DISPATCHER MOTOR VEHICLE WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

• As a dispatcher, you will work with a high level of autonomy and will schedule a full range of driver and vehicle assignments

• Daily you will coordinate customer requests with appropriate driver requirements while working with a 50+ driver team to successfully deploy drivers to meet customer demand

• Multi-tasking a variety of communication methods and will support office to answer all service types

• As a dispatcher you will learn routes, schedules, and how to exercise the best utilization of established services and drivers

• Dispatcher will be using various types of communication types and will provide basic email functions through electronic replies

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:

• Education: High School Diploma/GED
• Required Experience: 1+ years of related experience
• Required Schedule: Work on a monthly rotating shift with one month on 3:30AM-12PM and next month 11:00AM-7:30PM
• Security Clearance Level: Able to obtain TS/SCI w/Poly
• Required Skills and Abilities: Must be able to work independently
• Location: McLean, Virginia
• US Citizenship Required

The likely hourly rate for this position is between $25.50 - $34.50. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
