Tapestry 360 Health (Tap 360), formerly known as Heartland Health Centers , is a federally qualified health center with 16 locations serving Chicago’s north side and nearby suburbs. We provide over 28,000 patients with a medical home where we offer affordable and comprehensive primary care, oral health care, and behavioral health care services.
We are seeking a director for our Health Information Technology (HIT) department. This is a senior level position which oversees the management and maintenance of Tap 360 patient health information. They are responsible for patients' health information's accuracy, completeness, and security. They are also responsible for overall department management, including supervising the staff, developing and implementing policies and procedures, and ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations.Essential Duties and Responsibilities
