Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our client's practice as a Dental Office Manager/Lead Dental Receptionist . The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the dental office, providing excellent customer service, and contributing to the overall success of our practice.
Key Responsibilities:

• Office Management: Oversee and manage the administrative aspects of the dental office, ensuring efficient operations and a positive patient experience.
• Front Desk Duties: Greet and assist patients, schedule appointments, answer phone calls, and handle inquiries in a professional and friendly manner.
• Confidentiality: Maintain confidentiality of patient information and ensure compliance with privacy regulations. Keep the search for this position confidential, as indicated.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in dental office management or front desk operations.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities effectively.

Work Schedule:

• Monday: 9 AM - 6 PM
• Tuesday/Wednesday: 8 AM - 5 PM
• Thursday: 9 AM - 3 PM
• Full-time position (32-34 hours per week)

Compensation:

• Competitive salary in the range of $22-$28 per hour, based on experience.
