*Position Summary* As the clinic’s Chiropractor, you will be responsible for retaining long-term quality patients through excellent service delivery. We require someone who is compassionate, caring, optimistic, self-motivated, and excited about challenges. As a Chiropractor in our clinic, we desire someone passionate about helping others reach their full potential and motivating them to achieve their goals. You will be an essential part of our integrated clinic, collaborating with medical personnel to create effective treatment plans and clinical outcomes. Knowledge in diseases, rehabilitation, and other medical conditions is necessary.
*Performance Objectives*
* Develop emotional connections with patients to understand their goals and desired outcomes
* Educate patients on the services provided in the clinic
* Develop plans for new patients to determine the benefits of chiropractic/rehab services
* Review x-rays and make recommendations in daily team meetings
* Deliver Reports of Findings
* Monitor patients for improvements and setbacks to modify services accordingly
* Ensure patient compliance and effectively communicate the need to follow recommendations
* Continually educate patients about the need for and progress through their care plan
* Recognize and acknowledge patient improvements and goal achievements
* Assist in recruiting new patients through internal and external lead-generating activities
* Engage in effective communication with clinical and administrative staff to ensure seamless workflow
* Adjust patients and maintain detailed records of each treatment session
* Oversee training of Rehab Technicians and Chiropractic Assistants
* Consult with patients and offer techniques and ideas to improve their physical health and comfort

* Able to coordinate and balance the needs of the patient and the clinic
* Must be able to think critically and make judgments about how best to help patients

* Up to date on the latest chiropractic practices with a desire to provide cutting-edge care
* Ability to maximize and apply internal systems, processes, and platforms
* Team-oriented and a strong collaborator

*Education & Experience*
* Doctor of Chiropractic degree from an accredited chiropractic college
* Valid DC license in applicable state
* Fully eligible for Malpractice Insurance in applicable state
* Some experience working in a private practice preferred
*Physical Requirements*
* Must be in good physical condition with the dexterity and strength to perform adjustments and aid patients in their rehab programs.
*Work Location and Schedule*
* Redmond, Oregon
* Hours: Monday - Thursday, 7:30 AM - 6:00 PM (full-time). Hours may vary slightly. Occasional Tuesdays until 7 PM and possible weekend training sessions planned well in advance should be expected.
* Salary Range: DOE
