About the Role
The Company is in search of a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to define and lead the strategic direction of its technology initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of technology platforms that not only support business operations but also enhance the digital experience for members. This role requires a seasoned professional with a strong understanding of the organization's culture, mission, and values who can ensure that technology and IT goals are in alignment with the company's brand standards. They should be forward-thinking, with the ability to guide the organization in the adoption of relevant state-of-the-art technology. Key responsibilities for the CTO include aligning technology with the company's mission, leading the IT team, and ensuring that all technology initiatives are in line with the organization's goals. A strong educational background in IT or a related field is essential, and experience in a credit union or banking environment is highly preferred.
