About the Role

The Company is in search of a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to define and lead the strategic direction of its technology initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of technology platforms that not only support business operations but also enhance the digital experience for members. This role requires a seasoned professional with a strong understanding of the organization's culture, mission, and values who can ensure that technology and IT goals are in alignment with the company's brand standards.
