About the Role

The Company is seeking a visionary Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead the technical strategy and development of its cutting-edge robotic solutions. The CTO will be a key member of the executive team, working closely with the CEO to establish the company's technical vision and ensure the successful execution of the product roadmap. Responsibilities include overseeing all technical aspects, leading and managing engineering and technical teams, and fostering a culture of innovation and excellence. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in robotics, AI, machine learning, and related technologies, and a proven track record of leading and scaling engineering teams in a startup or fast-paced environment. Candidates for the CTO position at the company should have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field, with a PhD preferred. A senior technical leadership background, preferably in the robotics or technology sector, is essential, as is in-depth knowledge of software and hardware development processes, including Agile methodologies. The role requires a strategic thinker with a passion for innovation, exceptional problem-solving skills, and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure. Strong business acumen, understanding of the startup ecosystem, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills are also necessary. The CTO will be expected to stay abreast of emerging technologies, collaborate with the product management team, and represent the company at industry events and in discussions with potential investors and partners.
