**Position Title:** Bonita Bartender

**$1000 Sign-on Bonus Available**

**Position Overview:** The Bartender is responsible for set-up, mixing of drinks, service and clean-up of bar area while ensuring quality service and resident satisfaction. Position will also assist with serving food and beverages to all residents and their guests.

Applicants will need to possess a drive for excellence, have great interpersonal and communication skills while maintaining a professional appearance. Friendly, energetic and highly-motivated are the traits that will help you excel in this fast paced environment. We offer flexible work schedules and hours are not as late as most restaurants.

**You Have:**

* High School graduate or equivalent; maybe working toward high school diploma or equivalent.

* Ability to understand and follow both written and verbal instruction

* Restaurant experience preferred

* Must have current Florida Tips Alcohol Training certification, or successfully complete within the first 90 days of employment.
