We are hiring an Associate SEO Manager-Remote.

The Associate SEO Manager will leverage deep understanding of content and technical SEO best practices to drive the technical and strategic optimization of our websites. They will collaborate closely with web developers, content creators, and cross-functional teams, utilizing analytical tools to enhance site performance and search engine rankings. The role requires excellent problem-solving, prioritization, and communication skills to ensure our digital assets are effectively optimized for maximum visibility and traffic growth. The Associate SEO Manager play an important role in the growth of our business.

Duties & Responsibilities:

1. Conduct comprehensive audits using SEO tools to identify and resolve technical issues affecting search engine visibility.

2. Implement and optimize metadata like title tags and meta descriptions to enhance click-through rates from search results.

3. Ensure website content is easily crawlable and indexed by search engines using robots.txt, XML sitemaps, schema markup, and URL optimization.

4. Monitor and enhance core web vitals such as website speed and mobile-friendliness to improve user experience and SEO performance.

5. Resolve crawl errors, broken links, and technical issues impacting search rankings through thorough debugging and fixes.

6. Collaborate with web developers to prioritize and implement technical SEO improvements for impactful website performance.

7. Collaborate with content team to prioritize SEO-optimized content following best practices and aligned to keyword strategy.

8. Manage SEO logistics for website migrations, new site launches, and landing page optimizations.

9. Coordinate with SEO agency and external partners to execute and refine the overall SEO strategy.

10. Stay updated with the latest search engine algorithm changes, communicate trends internally, and implement necessary adjustments to maintain effective SEO strategies.

11. Manage SEO strategy across multiple domains, ensuring effective cross linking, unique content and keyword focus.

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Web Development, Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience.

2. 3+ years of hands-on SEO experience in a marketing department, agency, or similar corporate environment.

3. Proficiency in on-site, off-site, and technical SEO practices at an advanced level.

3. Strong understanding and practical experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other programming languages relevant to website development.

4. Expertise in using SEO tools such as Google Analytics (GA4), Google Search Console, Yext, SEMRush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, and SiteImprove.

5. Experience with Google My Business and Apple Business Connect for local SEO optimization.

6. Proficient in Microsoft Office with exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

7. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

8. Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

9. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with demonstrated ability to project manage effectively with cross-functional teams and build strong relationships with stakeholders.

10. Bias towards action and ownership mentality: Someone who exhibits a strong results-oriented ownership mentality and owns both successes and failures/learnings in past experiences. Strong bias towards action and experimentation and ability to exhibit good judgment in ambiguous situations with imperfect data. Ideal candidate will be someone who is a "learn it all" as opposed to a "know it all".
